Craig Lounsbrough wrote: “We are always immeasurably bigger than the little person we’ve too often doomed ourselves to be.”

The idea he writes of was one of the first principles learned when I attended classes to become a Unity Licensed Teacher and Counselor. It was suggested we open wide from within and embrace, acknowledge our capabilities, resourcefulness and gifted nature.

“It’s in every one of us” is a song title by David Pomeranz. The song goes on to say: “It’s in everyone of us to be wise/ Find your heart/ Open up both your eyes/ We can all know everything/ Without ever knowing why/”.

We can know we are wise, open hearted and eyes wide, seeing the competence inside ourselves and all. We are wiser and more intelligent than we were told. Furthermore it is great to know and ponder how we know.

We want to accept our immense richness and resources we mine and give way to from the Infinite well-spring indwelling us. We are richly spiritual in our humanness.

I have spoken of this point before–it takes bravery to accept our innate greatness then express it. It is easy to when we ‘find our heart’ and be.

If we have a desire to do something do it. Once we begin, however we may meet with resistance. Good ol’ resisting. Here is when we open wide our eyes and use the power within and be wise and gentle to the immature energy and doubts inside.

Hence we may have sabotage thoughts and the tendency to disrupt the accomplishments our hearts want to get on with, create and fulfill.

One of my sabotage ideas with writing a book was—“Not enough time to do all the various items in order to be published.” This is my remedy and sure-fire anti-sabotage method to use and go beyond the limiting ideas into fresh and clear seas of successful creating and achievement of my writing goals:

“Not enough time, really Frieda? I use my mind energy and passion along with belief in the Holy-Spirit-now energy to make time. The space and time open for me to do those necessary things to complete—each assignment and item accomplished to become a published and capable writer.”

You may want to make a list of ways you sabotage your best intentions. Then make a second list of Anti-Sabotage sure-fire methods you’d use to counteract those from your Sabotage list. Read them to someone else who will be supportive and simply listen without judgement.

I am with you in doing so. As we remember our greatness, cleverness and spirit of overcoming, opening the way to successful achievement.

In all ways, be kind to self, not condemnatory. Release any inner judgement but the righteous view of self. We apply our innate wisdom, creative aptitude and know-how skills. “It’s in everyone of us to be wise.”
