I encourage divine peace by focusing in prayer on my connection with the divine Spirit in my heart and in every cell of my being. God indwells me. And a peace that surpasses human understanding is felt and known in me and in my surroundings as I give in to still times of the solitude of prayer.

I know to first establish myself in Spirit divine, knowing the spiritual presence is the true source in my life. If I have placed my attention on power in problems or in appearances, I wake up and affirm God is the one power and presence in me and everywhere, including any challenges and the way things seem. I seek inner guidance and maintain a prayerful consciousness accompanied by the inner feeling of the powerful knowing that God and I are one.

I am ready to get on with the day, poised in the divine Presence. In Spirit I am one with the truest and deepest light within and life unfolds in peaceful and harmonious ways, Amen.

My declaration: “I stand still and see the salvation that the Lord is working for me this day.”

“You prepare a table before me in the presence of (any) enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long.”  —Psalm 23: 5–6.
