Joy’s Blessings–Joy is a divine quality ever within us.  We know joyousness when we see, experience, and feel it. A child may cry one minute, then within the same minute show a big smile. There are times when adults join in with children at play and the fun multiplies. When we release rigidity and let ourselves have fun, life becomes delightful.

As a result of choosing, practicing and being alive with joy, life can overflow with lightheartedness. When adults include play in their work and bring playfulness into their life, they are more creative and life is more pleasant.

Unquestionably, adults need to bring a playful attitude into their day. People hold the idea in their intellect to drop play at a certain age. Adult life can soon feel dull, devoid of creativity and be a drag without joy, laughter, and playfulness present.

In meditation now I affirm–I am alive with divinity and one with joy. As a consequence, I experience gladness and revived energy. In the stillness now I know joy more clearly………………

Waking up to the idea of joviality at any age is emancipating and healthy. It agrees with my spiritual nature. Surely, cheerfulness similar to laughter travels throughout my body and fills my mind, heart, and soul. Literally my Spirit dances with delight.

In the stillness of meditation now I know joy lives within me. I unite with it and let joy heal me completely in the silence of prayer……………

Joy is a spiritual resource and I express it abundantly and regularly.

I feel delight throughout my body temple, knowing the benefits and blessings of joy.

I pledge in the stillness now as I whisper these words:  When I feel low on joy, I look to the inner Spirit of bliss and begin to feel its presence and move with its buoyancy. Joy flows from my heart as a feeling, an act & a thought.

I am grateful for a nature of joy. It is a restorative quality of being and a terrific gift to give. Thank you triumphant and beloved Holy Spirit, Amen
