Valued Relationships

In truth, we are in relationship with everyone and everything. We are interconnected with every living thing. Specifically today we can choose to be more awake and aware of our relationships with others–we can give relationship experiences our best attention. From casual people we pass by, or folks we pause and speak with, to more friendly and intimate conversations with new friends or dear friends our day can be lifted by how we relate with others.
Everyone has importance–from the gasoline station attendant to our best friends. Let’s be alert to what we are conveying to others through our facial expressions, gestures words, thoughts and feelings. What are our thoughts toward another when we are with them–judgmental, kind, thoughtful, respectful, interested, disinterested……
In prayer: I unite with myself in this moment with loving kindness, gratitude for who I am, knowing I have divinity running through my veins, mind, and resonating through my heart beat. I practice the art of harmonious relationships with all people today. My responses are generated from respect, trust, kindness, clear, positive speech, and belief in the innate goodness within all people.
Divine Spirit and I are one and I am one with every person, Amen
