Our uplifting ability is more than putting on a happy face. Inside us is an energy that uplifts and renews our soul, attitude and spreads to every facet of our lives.

Uplifting energy is our divine ability to let go of suffering and be centered in well-being. We choose uplifting power, bless it and feel the exuberance of its motion like laughter flows through our body and feels good.

Now in whatever the concern, fear or delight acknowledge your divine right to uplift through the Infinite Spirit in you. If you feel great, what an opportunity for appreciation and a realization of feeling uplifted. Recall when you have felt great. It may feel happy, carefree and light. This is the experience of being uplifted. 

We take quiet times, a half or entire hour to ourselves and go on retreats to rejuvenate and feel uplifted. To stir up our uplifting quality, know it is present in every cell and molecule of your body, mind and spirit. Realize the quality of uplifting can be affirmed in our household, workplace and circumstances. 

We begin the flow of uplifting power in this moment by giving thanks for the divine quality within. Uplifting power have your way of renewal and complete healing in me of every kind. Knowing the uplifting energy cannot be contained; it blesses things, people and life around me. As a stone tossed in a lake causes a ripple effect, uplifting power influences life in positive, vital ways.

I feel its gentle and spirit-filled energy easing my attitude, smoothing my breath and regulating my heart beat. My body fills with the uplifting movement of Divine Power. I let it take hold; let it do its perfecting work. I am soaking in the presence of uplifting vitality and joy. Wellness is my moment by moment experience. I accept the gift of upliftment, Amen.
