The days before November and including our eleventh month seem to be filled with mystery. Reminds me of March, with its changeable weather and mystic dimension.

There has been a suspicious spot on our master bedroom ceiling, growing darker and darker. Finally my husband noticed it and went to the attic to investigate the situation. When he came down with a cut off plastic half gallon coke bottle filled with dirty water, I could not imagine what he was holding. 

Most likely, a worker, probably a plumber in our attic many years ago must have cut the bottle and shoved it in the attic insulation to dispense with it. A pipe began to leak ever so slowly and little by little put water into the bottle underneath the pipe filling it over time. Feeling the moisture our ceiling began to discolor in that spot.

We have hopefully fixed the leak and discarded the half-sawed off coke bottle. Now we will paint our ceiling. The nastiness has surfaced and come forth into the light of day to be healed. 

Nature, people and life in general appear to heal in this manner. All of a sudden the truth is revealed. Only thing is, the speed of cleansing seems to have sped up on our planet. Hopefully we heal quicker when things show up. While, lies and untruths seem  to be revealed and appear in rapid speed. 

The Bible tells us about the nature of cleansing, healing and revealing: Luke 8:17: “For nothing is hidden that will not be disclosed, nor is anything secret that will not become known and come to light.” We see the likes of such play out in politics, in the speed and uncanny nature of varied news reports and sources. We witness our own life and physical body and its process of healing.

I’m experiencing pneumonia currently. At first I thought of the mental and emotional cause. Then something surfaced from within. A little voice said — “this is an inner healing of ‘deserving forgiveness.'” A feeling of deep forgiving love swept over me. I moved to a truer sense of self forgiveness for whatever I buried and could not forgive or let go of. In the physical, junk accumulated in the center of my chest. I could not get to it by normal means.

Additionally, please know I have gone to a doctor and am being cared for and am mending. What’s more, the inner revelation occurred simultaneous with the physical healing taking place. Indeed, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual expressions of our being do work together for our greater good and for the greater good of all. 

So, the next time something in your life presents you with a mystery or puzzling matter, do know it is life’s incredible way of uncovering something, a feeling, an idea, a message or a cleansing and healing, making way for deeper understanding and a greater expression of your self-hood and well-being.
