I become mindful of what I need in the moment. Perhaps it is self-love and acceptance of oneself and/or another. Perhaps it is peace. Whatever my need, I accept it. The master teacher Jesus Christ surprised people with his ability to be peaceful no matter what was occurring in the outer, revealing the possibility to manifest inner supreme qualities under any circumstances.

The sages, seers, and spiritual masters tell us we are more than a bundle of human attributes–we also and foremost are Divine Beings containing God qualities with abilities to manifest these god-like treasures.

I tune into the truth within myself and accept these spiritual characteristics. I do contain unlimited spiritual resources.

I am innately peaceful. I am in the midst of transforming peace, I am tranquil.

I steady my mind and affirm my inner capabilities. I have individual gifts that seem to spring forth easily. In addition, I am acquiring other rich gifts by calling them forth and bringing them forward by expressing them.

In gaining peace, I picture a serene scene or a peace-filled person. I visualize a peaceful person in the Bible who I know or who I have observed. I enjoy the feeling of peace now………………

Whatever my need I honor it. Moreover I honor the feeling along with the need. I companion with inner wisdom and am shown the way of fulfillment of my need.

Hence, I agree with my innate ability to accept and understand myself. I ask my inner state what I need while I share (if it feels right) with those closest to me what I need and want with kindness and sincerity.

I encourage myself to be honest with self and others. I practice ‘do unto others.’  Therefore I am keen to the needs and feelings of others. I gain in wisdom and through determination and power I practice greater clarity of what I need and what I am feeling in the moment.

I give thanks for self-knowledge, wisdom, and openness to expand in the wholeness of my true nature. Thank you dear inner spiritual nature for your ready presence of clarity, Amen.
