“Joy”
When we play music appealing to our senses we feel happiness. In the quiet of the day when we hear the inner voice whisper, ‘you are my beloved’ we feel the surge of well-being. Hearing a loved one or dear friend at the other end of the phone, we can feel comforted and not alone in whatever state we are in.
With gladness in our hearts we take on the problems and perplexities, chores and assignments with energized zeal. Smile on a regular basis, laughing often and looking on the bright side of things brings ease and healing to our body, mind and relationships.
We remember joy today and live from lightness of being and jubilation. There is something now to be elated about. We take moments as we pause to feel and picture joyousness.
Keep a sense of bliss in our hearts as we practice the art of belief in God as joyous love in expression through our individual nature. One thing about joy, it cannot be contained—it spreads like fragrance being let loose in a jar.
Everything feels joy’s natural quality to uplift and bring gladness. With gratitude in our hearts and joy pouring in and through our lives, we are grateful, Amen.
We think and feel often: We are God’s Joyous expression and we are unconditionally loved and cared for, and so it is.
