When we are sick, out of sorts, the two main wants usually are comfort and restored health. I have learned returning to peace of mind motivates health and speeds up restoration of any kind. Love is an important component of healing and the return of wholeness to body, mind and emotions.

When any physical disturbance occurs our go-to Divine quality is love. Deepak Chopra says “The use of love is to heal. When it flows without effort from the depth of the Self, love creates health.” The golden nugget here is to focus our attention on love and its flow in and through every cell and place in our holy body temple, encompassing our entire life. 

We know peace and love heal as we take up and become the living realization of both Divine ideas. Added to this, we understand healing and wholeness are our birthright. Life is fully designed to mend completely and bring new life to our bodies no matter the need.

Ask the body wisdom what it requires along with what remedies or medications have been suggested or are being used. Our inner body intelligence knows how to harmonize with prescribed items; for, God is in all substance and form. 

Furthermore, we believe beyond doubt God’s will for us is complete healing and renewed vitality and life in every way. Along with this dynamic idea comes the knowing: ‘What God can do God is doing’ mightily in me now, Amen.

With certainty we have a realization of God as the unlimited and unencumbered circulating power of perfect life flowing and supplying new life and complete health to our whole being. Too, the Divine power and presence brings the fullness of peace to our minds and hearts without delay.

In prayer now we decree and know for ourselves and our body temple, God is love and the well-being of the Divine energy and life heal me without fuss or effort. Effortlessly the flow of life restores me now and fully.

I accept these truths as the now reality for my whole body and entire life. And it is already so, Amen. In the fullness of love I genuinely fill with gratitude for the immediate gifts and power of Spirit Divine. I am at peace and filled with love. And so I let it be.
