For prayer or for centering on the greatness inside and around us, it is the right and appropriate moment anytime. We breathe and let everything go but our higher nature here inside. Coming into focus is the stillness indwelling our thoughts and stirring within us as nature around us comes alive.

Feel the exuberance of newness of life and Spirit in every heartbeat, breath, blade of grass and every movement. Our mind relaxes and allows our inner light to guide us God ward. We see with extended vision and hear the highest and sweetest vibe of love. And we perceive with keen understanding.

In the divine love we rest and relax every muscle. We are power and presence and we are peace, we speak softly within, I am always one with the healing, soothing and prosperous.

We pause and let God prepare the next moments. We thrill with the miraculous nature inside us and inside all. In gratitude for our prayer capacity and the capability of our giving God, we fill with new vigor, Amen.
