Even though things, images, reports, happenings or words around me seem real, powerful, or controlling, I stop for a moment and re-center on the absolute reality within me.

I reconnect with the energy inside when things appear over-bearing and over-powering in the outer. I am autonomous and powered by Divinity within. I choose peace and self-understanding. I realize and feel anew the God-given power of my being.

I sit in quiet thought, stilling the body and mind. I pause for moments of being in prayerful silence………

With unleashed dynamism, I apply it with wisdom, love, and equanimity. I feel alive with adventure, open to guidance and the light of Divine intuition.

I live this day centered in spiritual power and vitality of life, going my way with joy, bounce, and playfulness, feeling fulfilled within and one with a creative presence and power, Divine Spirit. I fill with gratitude for a renewed realization of power, and it is so, Amen
