Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord!
Hosanna in the highest heaven!’
10When he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was in turmoil, asking, ‘Who is this?’ 11The crowds were saying, ‘This is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth in Galilee’ –Matthew 21:9—11.

I calm my mind and flow into the moment as I withdraw from any preoccupation with thoughts and distractions. I release and follow the breath, taking in oxygen and releasing the outer to center within.

It is an opportune moment to welcome the light-filled Christ consciousness of my being. I honor all that the inherent spiritual realm is: The sacred and divine spirit at my core–a holy sanctuary feeding and uplifting my whole self. It teaches me of the transforming omnipotence and emancipating spirit within, making this human being a divine expression according to my openness and inviting heart.

Setting aside words and matters of the mind in this moment and taking on a still and expectant demeanor, I prepare for some time in the silence awaiting the Lord of my being………………

Resting in the sweet peace of noiselessness…………………………………………

I salute the spiritual gifts awakened and blessing me. As well, there is a coinciding recognition of the potency of an indwelling nature ushering forth the rise of heavenly qualities becoming realized through me.

In the now there is grateful acknowledgment for the treasured gifts already bestowed coming forward as new light, strength, faith, courage, steadfast love and so much more of the anointed Self becoming known through this individual being continuously here and now.

Thank you dear Spirit, Amen
