After Easter has come and gone rebirth and reawakening continue on in each one of us.

“Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die” John 11:25, 26.

These are powerful words written in John 11. Let’s explore the resurrection idea. Too many times we stay in the crucifixion experience or continue to focus on the negative, agonizing experiences of life forsaking the light-filled principle of resurrection that lies within us waiting to surge forth. There is so much good waiting and wanting expression in each one of us the world over!

The resurrection experience did happen! The disciples were forever and deeply moved by Jesus’ appearances after being buried in the tomb.

In the midst of Mary Magdalene’s sadness there was a dawning. After visiting the empty tomb, then in the garden she recognizes Jesus before her. What a reckoning–seeing a great light standing before her.

Perhaps you have had a near death experience or experienced a loved one’s presence after they had passed away. There are times in our lives when we receive inklings of life after so-called death. Springtime is a rich portrayal of the burst of life being reborn after the dormancy of winter. We have surely witnessed plants, animals, people, and no doubt professions, finances, and situations that appeared to have no life transform and renew, awakening with new vigor.

Mother nature teaches us about rebirth, renewal and the resurrection principle that are present in each life expression on Earth. The regeneration in the resurrection power is one of the most profound qualities about living things and in our very life experiences. After a divorce, a big let-down, a disappointment, a bankruptcy, or any devastating happening there is a resurrection principle mightily working at restoration. It is our nature as human beings to experience resurrections. Here are some ways:

Finances:  No matter the depletion, devastation, and appearances of lack, an enlightening idea begins to work in our mind and in our life-pumping heart. Good things begin to awaken within us such as what took place in Mary Magdalene after the crucifixion, the visitation to the tomb, and in the garden. Our finances no matter how depleted, have the resurrection energy to manifest abundance. Recall the times in your life when things looked bleak. And something happened that began to change things for the better.

The Physical Body: We can feel sick, get colds, ailments, and such. Or we may feel fearful of some news reports or talk of diseases. When we lift our sights and see the truth of life and the principle of “I am the resurrection and the life,” we are lifted beyond the fear and the dismal chatter to the stirring of indwelling perfect life. Healings occur regularly in our physical body and in our life experiences in the very places that have seemed bleak and hopeless, or incurable. If one of us has experienced a complete healing and turn-around in the face of no evidence, cure, or solution in sight, we can and have the very principle of complete spiritual and actual renewal and resurrection within us and within the predicament.

Relationships: Sometimes relationships become so convoluted, down-cast, and appear to be over and dead. We can feel entombed in remorse, regret, or negativity. Nevertheless, we have an audacious spirit inside us. One little notion planted in our heart–to speak a word of love, of forgiveness, of let go and let God work–begins an immediate change in our heart and vibrates forth in uplifting waves of goodness and harmony. This applies to any and all experiences in our life.

No thing, no relationship, no financial situation, no body is hopeless and beyond the power of resurrection, restoration of life, God and the Divine power-filled presence. We are the resurrection principle. We give it expression and permission to come forth from the darkness and gloom. It awakens and fills until fullness and complete restoration occurs between people, in conditions, and events.

Know you are of God stuff. You are radiant life and have the resurrection ability in you and readily present and active now in your life.

In Prayer –I fill with the exuberance of the resurgence of energy and life. I am so grateful for resurrections in my life thus far. And understand deep within me that complete restoration and newness is a regular and necessary part of the glorious evolutionary process of my being. I cooperate with the resurrection principle that is active in me, in my life, and in every person and life-form on the planet and in the universe and universes beyond. I am the newness and the life; you are the newness and the life; all life everywhere harmonizes and vibrates with revitalization and life.
