In peace and quiet within, and going deeper within, letting the inner light guide.

Sitting with my attention absorbed in something serene, it could be the soft breeze, the dusk before night enters. It may be walking then sitting in a garden or with a flower, plant, or an object that draws me in.

Or, I allow the choice to be relaxed and silent be enough to begin the flow of peace within.

I still to outer things. In the quiet within, I knock and seek. The voice of certainty has said the teacher of truth will reveal the spiritual. The inner comforter is promised to be within and with me. I give over to the silence and still some more.

I am a spiritual being wrapped in love and light. I sit in the light of stillness–as if expectant for the wisdom, the feeling, the divineness…………
