Frieda gives inspirational messages. She speaks at Unity Churches and other organizations throughout Texas. In addition, Rev. Frieda is a compassionate and experienced pastoral counselor who loves to listen and spiritually support individuals and couples in varied life experiences.

She is a 2013 graduate of Unity Institute and Seminary, Unity Village, MO where she earned a Master of Divinity Degree and was ordained a New Thought minister. In addition, Rev. Frieda earned a BA from the University of Houston in 1999. Her major was in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing. She minored in Psychology.
Rev. Frieda has served as the Spiritual Leader at the Unity Church in Conroe and Victoria, Texas. Moreover, beginning in 1990, she worked on the staff at Unity of Houston as a Licensed Unity Teacher, Spiritual Leader, Senior Group Founder and Facilitator and Pastoral Counselor until attending Unity Seminary fulltime in 2011.
In addition, she is involved in community social ministry projects and volunteering in the community. Her ministry involvement continues to expand in pastoral counseling, speaking, facilitating prayer groups and serving at the Magnolia, Texas Senior Center and in the Steel Magnolias Women’s group.
