We are told in the Gospel of John: “You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.” –John 8:32.  This is a spiritual truth that governs our being, living, and doing. In a time apart in prayer now I draw on the strength of these words which are part of my soul and a spiritual strength within my body, mind and heart.

I rest in the quieter side of prayer, the wordless portion of divine communication,

Pause in prayer……………………….

I know the truth provides me with a greater belief in spoken and silent truth;

Then moving beyond words to the essence of the Source that lives in me.

I express the truth today as I look at my loved ones with kindness and appreciation.

I am living the truth within when I have faith before I see that any disease

Is lifted in the healing life pulse flowing and surging through you, me and all.

In the stillness I feel the loving veracity of divine Spirit, the spirit of truth

Imparting to me that which I need to know with clarity, ease and immediacy.

In the quiet of prayer I sit for some moments receptive…………………………….

Filling my lungs with deeper breaths, I feel new life and vigor.

I am alive with the life of God and enlivened through the truth of the Divine

Living, breathing, and moving through me now, in deep felt gratitude, Amen.

The emancipating Divine Truth is universal and known for all beings everywhere.
