In this moment I relax, making sure my mouth, teeth, face and rest of my body are stress free. I give myself a refreshing break, perhaps stretching to gently relieve any tension. Perhaps I enjoy a glass of water. I can also give attention to deeper breathing. I may begin laughing out loud simply to feel joy. I can take a brief walk or absorb myself in a beautiful painting, scene or flowering plant.  

I look for and find ways to keep stress from accumulating in my body and mind. I treat my body well today by doing healthy things that help release and eliminate tension.
