I tune into the aliveness of my body

And discern the presence of peace.

From above my head moving through and around

And stabilizing underneath my feet.

The holy body temple is an abode of peace

Surpassing human understanding.

I am peace-filled………….

With these words of Truth I go into the silence of prayer

And do nothing.

I breathe in peace; I am comfortable.

In the stillness I rest secure and soothed

Letting the breathe renew every part of me.

Quiescent in the calm of contentment now………………

I am peace-filled……………

Moving slowly beginning to stretch gently

I ready my mind and heart establishing the memory

Of delicious peace within the moments of this day.

If I need to bring peace into my body, experiences,

Relationships, I pause and perhaps lie on the floor

Or as I am in any moment and call peace forth

Throughout the entire being, living in peace once more,
