I allow renewal to circulate, refreshing new light and life to generate

Throughout my being.  I breathe with awareness in and out, taking in

Letting go. I refresh in the light of pure divinity straight from the

Fountainhead and heart of God. Life generates and revitalizes every

Part of my being–I realize wholeness.

With concentration I focus on the in breathe, the out breathe

Wonderful light, wholly, perfect, invigorating, new life.

I begin to calm within moving from language to Spiritual stillness,

Clean, clear perception–beyond thinking

I allow the silence to absorb my being……………………

In quiet moments…………………

With love, awareness of the flow of breathe, of knowing the Divine Essence,

God and I are one–I greet the next moment in wakefulness to the

Blessings of Divinity where I am and going before, preparing the way.

I am a being of luster, which circulates, heals, restores, and brings

heightened awareness into my body, life and circumstances.

Holy Presence, I am ever grateful for the light of renewal.
