Those occasions in which we give much at work, at play, during high active days, when we feel less than ourselves, or there are great demands on our time all seem to necessitate a period of restoration. Let us pray–

I am receptive, open, and listen to the voice ever near and within me, an intimate inner voice that prompts me to rest, relax, take a nap, or go to sleep early. Sometimes divine guidance directs me to certain foods the physical body may be calling for.

I take care and listen to the inner guidance system, intuition, and inner promptings. By whatever name this care-giving voice of wisdom guides me for the highest good and welfare of my health, wholeness, and success. I can count on the still or sometimes loud voice within working for my peak well-being.

If I have been ignoring the inner nudge of healthy advice, I shift my attention to the inner voice of wisdom. Hence, I now listen to what it has to say in moments of prayerful stillness…    “Peace be Still”

I stay tuned to the loving and care-giving still and small yet mighty stream of wisdom guiding and guarding my well-being. I honor the inner voice and act on its good direction.

I am appreciative for the indwelling, knowing capacity, guiding me consistently and constantly.  Inclined to listen inside, I am so blessed, Amen
