Feeling and Experiencing Peace of Mind
I bring the attention of breathing into my body. Aware of the in and out breath, I relax.
I rest assured there is a Spiritual Presence, a lifting quality here with me and accessible within my consciousness. I slow my breathing and calm any concern of lack or absence of peace. I accept the spiritual promise and gift of peace.
If there is a requirement on my part–it is to accept there is a Divine Peace placed inside my being.
I have experienced sweet peace when I calm down and turn from the day’s events or from thinking over a problem.
When my attention returns to serene practices and ideas, peace is known and experienced in me.
I practice the art of peacefulness now: The inner Christ Peace is palpably streaming through me. I sense a peaceful and soothing wash, cleansing my thinking and feelings. My physical being is lifted in peacefulness. I feel the Christ light of peace in the beats of my heart…………………………
I rest as if I am floating on peace. The peacefulness enters each area of my life, fills the room and living quarters or wherever I am with tranquility. When I rise from here and enter a new room, hall, place or area I am met by harmony and uplifted in the steadiness of Divine Love. For the rest of the here and now–whenever I come into the present moment awareness–I am enveloped in the fragrance of peace. Giving rich thanks for peacefulness, Amen.
