In those times when extra comfort in my inner being or outer circumstances seem necessary, I take heart. The writer of John 14:26 must have known there would be occasions in human experiences when individuals would need greater comfort and peace. The Master Teacher, Jesus Christ made it clear that an indwelling comfort and peace are present and will minister and provide help.

Reading Verse 26 of the Gospel of John exudes comfort. I accept the Divine message and call upon an inner comforter and peace. In a time of prayer now I let comfort wash over me; I ask the Divine Peace in my inner nature to be felt and bring serenity to my whole self, extending outward pouring through my entire life and circumstances. I let go and let a holy comfort take over and heal me at depth.

I hear the inner voice of Truth affirm–all is well my beloved. I am your healing and sustaining power with you always. I rest assured in Divine comfort and peace. As I move through the moments of the day and night, I am not alone. The companionship of peace and comfort see me gracefully through.  All is well my beloved.
