In prayer now—I affirm and welcome new opportunities of the abundant nature of vibrant life expressing through me. I deny and say No to what is not fitting or necessary on my pathway of expanded spiritual living and serving. 

Thus I center  in my affirmative voice and know renewed and restorative life, the wholeness of Shining God Life lives in, through and as me. I am vitally alive and well-being is felt and flows throughout my entire physical body, mind, soul, emotions, heart and consciousness. I am totally alive; comfortable within myself; and ready to do what wisdom and love show me to unfold. Likewise, in serving others, through my giving I give healing and regenerating life. I am restoration. I give from the center of divine life within me. Hence more of living substance and life is known in manifest substance form throughout my body and life now. Thank you dear divine Spirit, Amen

At the end of every 12 power meditation, shortened or regular, say the Prayer for Protection by James Dillet Freeman: The Light of God Surrounds me; The Love of God Enfolds me; The Power of God Protects me; The Presence of God Watches over me; Wherever I Am, God Is and All is Well, Amen. You may use (Divine Spirit as a synonym for God).
