Simple and Quick Meditation
I move into present conscious awareness, following my breath, flowing in I feel delighted, flowing out I let go of everything one with the present moment. I sit feeling the support of life around and within me. My body relaxed, my breath normalized. I allow peace to fill every part of me as I move even more deeply into the quiet with my focus on a sacred word such as peace, grace, present moment, or I Am. Or, I may visualize a serene image in my mind’s eye or easily follow my in breath and out breath.
I sit in the peace of meditation and open to timeless holiness. Sitting in the quiet relaxed and simply being in deeper attunement ……………………………
I am holy, grace and light filled — I come forth slowly giving thanks for the enriching moments of meditation. I am refreshed, wakeful and feeling alive in the body and in conscious being and doing, in gratitude, Amen.
