I begin with a choice to use ‘Christ of God’ or ‘Divine Presence.’ I will use Divine Presence in this Meditation. Please use either one or another title for the name and nature of God.

I sit and ponder my nature of oneness beginning with at least 3 to 5 deeper breaths…………………………

Within in consciousness and body, aware I am holy, wholly alive and creative—

I am made of Universal substance and pure loving energy–I am Divine.

I begin meditation with a demeanor awake with wisdom and power.

The Divine Presence is quickened in me now,

gently easing through and around my head and inner body.

I am opening to a greater Faith born of the Divine image and likeness

of Spirit and Life.

Faith is activated and alive within my entire body temple,

and omnipotence drenches me with a rich and enduring Faith

in the Absolute Nature of Good within each human soul.

I Now Pause in the Silence of Meditation renewing in Faith…………………….

 

I am receptive and take in an expanded amount of the power of Strength

cascading through me now from the center of God awareness within.

I am dripping with Strength of being–from the Source of Power Omnipresent.

I have inner Resilience of being to keep on, to step lightly and consciously

on the earth beneath my feet. There is an understanding Strength,

knowing a strong being is an outcome of perfected love.

I Pause in the Silence and allow Strength to restore me in body, emotions and Spirit……………………….

I am so grateful for the renewal

of Strength and Faith in me now and always, Amen.
