Before we embark on creative work or begin an activity or project, we may want to purposefully and by choice connect with the inspirational body of insight, wisdom and knowledge within.

Further, we want to join with the wise spirit of Divinity inside us. In so doing we begin with our breath. Deep breathing in and exhaling as much as is comfortable. The more thorough the out breath, the greater capacity to receive the replenishing oxygen of the in-breath.

We may desire to play soft music in the background. We breathe with the intention of infilling with the spiritual presence and treasured realizations along with insightful ideas. In our unity with the deeper wisdom we go with our inner direction and let the river of light fill our still moments, our activities, writings, creations, talks and projects.

We relax and let go to the inner realm of originality and color. At ease and fully supported by the Universal capacity of motivation and love we are outlets for genuine achievements and satisfying outcomes.
