Ice cubes or cold water

*may add cold-pressed and unprocessed, high-quality oil (1 to 2 teaspoons)

Suggested oil list: Coconut oil, organic unrefined; raw, Flax oil (keep refrigerated, do not heat); Olive oil, extra virgin; Sesame seed oil; Grape seed oil.
