Banana-Berry Blast
1/2 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen, or your choice of berries. Even though this recipe has three great colors of fruit choices. I would stick with a blue skin fruit with any substitute for blueberries.
1/2 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Banana
2 Rounded Tablespoons Protein Powder
Ice cubes or cold water
*may add cold-pressed and unprocessed, high-quality oil (1 to 2 teaspoons)
Suggested oil list: Coconut oil, organic unrefined; raw, Flax oil (keep refrigerated, do not heat); Olive oil, extra virgin; Sesame seed oil; Grape seed oil.
