“I Believe in Health as the Natural and Right State of my Body.”

“I BELIEVE In health as the natural and right state of my body, and I follow through on this belief by thinking in terms of health, by talking in terms of health.

“I do not watch for symptoms of disease or let my imagination take over when I read or hear about illness.

“I know how important my thinking is to my health. I know how responsive my body is to the way I react and feel.

“I remember that it is God in me who is my life and health and I place myself, my body, my continued well-being in (Divine) care.

“I bless my body and give thanks that it is God’s temple. I give thanks that the life that flows through me is God-life.

“In any appearance of imperfection, I take my attention away from the appearance and turn in thought and faith to God.

“I rejoice that God in me is life and strength and health, that I am momently sustained by (Divine Spirit).”
