I decide to make today enjoyable in whatever I do, wherever I am, and whomever I am with. Speaking the word ‘Enjoy’ reminds me to be with and in Joy.

If I do not feel joyous–I have power inside to begin searching the landscape and my inner self. I look for joyful things in memory and in the outer surroundings.

The air gives me joy today. The lightness and energy in the crisp, low humidity autumn air. Makes me feel light.

I am joyous for Divine care and keeping. There is an inner Supply and Source, providing and going before me in preparation for my day.

Now I relax from words, thoughts, feelings, relax into the supportive space of prayer……………

I let every part of me be soothed in the nothingness of being still

I extend the stillness by knowing it transcends time in the sheer nothingness……………

I rest

and come forth when I feel the inner calling me into the day, anew

Life welcomes me every instance……the presence continuously is ahead and where I am.
