I decide to enjoy my life just as it is. I relax with life. It does not have to look or be a certain way. I have much to contribute to my own life. And better off if I stay out of the business of other people.

I take deep pauses throughout the day. If something triggers emotion, anger or discomfort within, I take notice. Do my inner work by being observant and honoring of my feelings and any anger, knowing I have inner power to choose differently and to act composed and wisely.

I pray often in thought and verbally, using affirmations that connect me with the light of my being. I say the prayer for protection and other uplifting prayers I have committed to memory. I also add something else important–feeling. I feel my prayers and sacred words.

I pause now in prayerful thought calming my inner and outer states of being. I calm and let a hush come over me.

Pausing in the stillness and silent time of holy quiet……………

I continue the day in self awareness and love–reminding myself I am in the presence of pure being and loving consciousness. I decree oneness with Divine Spirit often. And acknowledge Omnipresence and Omnipotence are in my midst and everywhere.
