I rise within consciousness and my physical body lightens. With each breath, I visualize light harmonizing and moving with healing power inside and around my body temple.

There is a joy felt in the lightness of prayer–bringing joy, peace and new awakenings to my heart.

I am becoming still, knowing joy is a healing energy,

Opening more fully to joy, peace, and an awakening heart.

I quiet thoughts and feel peace, stilling, resting in Spirit……………

Letting stillness seep into all of me………………….

I follow the breath if my mind wanders from resting in the Spirit

Without thought………………………sheer peace.

Joy continues to circulate in the mind, body, and extending everywhere.

I begin to come forth from the stillness

Feeling the blessing of prayer and the compatibility present

Between feeling and thought, the physical and spiritual

The fun, joy, and happy side by side with the intelligent,

Deeply perceiving and higher knowing.

I agree with intuitive realizations and insightfulness

Rising from within and from the experiences of the day.

I stay open, thankful for the Spirit of light in me

And the Spirit of light within all. With gratitude, Amen.
