Five-Minute Centering Meditation
I begin with a few transcendent breaths, touching the light inside with the flow of heightened breaths of life. Slowly I inhale expanding the lower chest. Deeply and smoothly I breathe in light, a transformative vibratory life of wholeness.
After the third or fourth breath I maintain a focus on strengthening life filling my psyche and soothing my anatomy. I maintain a steady peace by stabilizing any thoughts, moving to the space just beyond thought to life being peace in me now. I watch the circulation of gently flowing life easing throughout my mind, filling the physical frame with the grace of stillness.
In the transcendence of the breath of awareness, in the flow of light-filled life, I am one with a serenity lifting me from within………………………………in moments in the peace of the flow of breath, of life………………………………
I continue in the gentle motion of spiritual aliveness and awaken anew to the room and space around me, fully aware, more alive with light and readily united with a transformative and invisible presence of knowing and preparedness for the next moments and hours.
