If my good seems to be delayed or not manifesting for various reasons, if my intuition, body, or affairs are relating the need to be free and clear of negative blocks to my energy, aliveness, creativity, prosperity and spirituality, there most likely is a need to release and forgive. I pay attention to the feedback and choose to cleanse my heart, soul, mind, and life by forgiving and the willingness to let go and forgive completely.

I am willing and able to forgive through the indwelling Christ Power of my being. Any time unforgiving thoughts and/or feelings come to mind, I forgive and release through my God-given authority to forgive. I stay current with forgiveness, keeping my heart free of non-forgiveness.

In the early morning upon awakening, I remember Divine Love. God is my true source of love. I fill with divine love. I take a moment now to open and feel the presence of love in my heart and in my soul. Throughout the day I feel the divine power of love; and coupled with the wisdom of the heart, I express pure love. As I give love, more comes back to me. ‘As I give it is given.’ I live in love.

The following is a specific prayer for releasing any un-forgiveness:

I become still and centered in the Divine Presence–“All that has offended me, I forgive, within and without, I forgive. Things past, things present, things future, I forgive. I forgive everything and everybody who can possibly need forgiveness of the past or present. I forgive positively everyone, including myself.  I am free and they are free, too. All things are cleared up between us now and forever.” —Catherine Ponder

I release pent-up negativity to do with circumstances, persons, places, or things.

I visualize all people free.

Affirmation: I am filled with the quickening energy and life of spirit. I am made new in Soul, Body and expression.

God’s blessings are always with me and out-picturing through me. Wherever I am the power of love, wisdom, and light-heartedness are, Amen
