I breathe in and connect with the love and light within consciousness, within my body temple.  I continue to breathe focused on my heart, now breathing out from my heart of spiritual love.

In the quiet of prayer I still and am receptive to Divine Spirit within. Talking with Spirit–I am grateful for the divine love I have become aware of and express in my life. I ask to know love more deeply and live fully as an expression of spiritual perfect love. Waiting in the silence one with God, one with love…..I am open to know love more completely, to live from the heart of divine love.

Throughout the day I take moments and realize I am an expression of divine love. Likewise, I am receptive to the gifts of Spirit pouring through my life today.

Wisdom and a true feeling of connectedness with people and all of life increase in me. I am one with God and one with the moment, one with pure love pouring forth.

I am blessed with Christ Love today, given and received. I live from love, Amen
