I renew with a focus upon individual Divinity within, using words, feelings and songs of Truth. Going within in consciousness into the holiest place–feeling wholly inseparable from God–I hum, feel or silently know I am holy and one with my Divine Nature. Enveloped and immersed in the spiritual light, I am. In this place I rest in meditation. 

Coming forth deliberate and slow I begin to sense the room around me. I also become aware of a lightness of heart and a unity with an innate spiritual capacity. I feel so grateful, Amen
