Hallmark movies are great for the comfort of happy, predictable endings. We like things to end joyous and upbeat. It is great to have life flow along even keeled with no extreme ups and downs, great sadness or highs such as when we win a lottery or come into unexpected money. Doesn’t the unexpected windfall sound great.

However, life isn’t always normal circumstances, experience, and predictable happenings. We can be thrown curve balls, unexpected things pop up, and expected appointments and interchanges with people do not go as planned–things go awry. We may be left feeling uncomfortable, upset, even slightly traumatized. 

When these unexpected occurrences happen–we need to remind ourselves of what is steady and supporting us in the moment without fail. Each of us has stalwarts in our lives such as our homes and our close ties, our intimate family circle and our inner faith. At times when we are experiencing an upset and healing from any disturbance we can be blessed by the loyal and steady people, places, and things in our lives. We can lean on that which provides us comfort, safety and security. Too, our inner faith and beliefs serve to strengthen and restore us.

Uplifting Affirmation–I live, move and have my being in God. “I stand in the presence of God.” –Luke 1:19. Unexpected and expected Divine goodness is pouring into and through me. I feel fully supported by the Divine Spirit of comfort, Love and peace. I also am graced with supportive people and material good. I am truly grateful!

The Divine Presence is ever for me. “The radiating light of God reveals infinite wisdom to me and through me.” I am gratified in knowing I am being divinely blessed with inner guidance and healing life. My physical and emotional nature are resilient, balanced and well. I release any non-forgiveness and completely forgive everyone and everything. I am relaxed, knowing the Divine Spirit within keeps me in perfect peace. For, I have placed myself and my circumstances in God’s care and keeping. All is well; I am well, thank you beloved God, Amen.
