There is One Presence, One Power in me and in the world and universe. It is the power of good and of love. If there is meanness in the land, give love, act compassionately. 

We can smile and give kindness through our facial expression. When we are downhearted, begin giving thanks for the blessings and joyous things in our lives.

Dear God, help me understand the unfair things. Be generosity and express grace through my heart and in my actions. In this moment I purposely open steadily within and feel the vastness of Divine love inside and embracing all life and every person.

I allow soothing peace to move through me and my relationships. I am an encourager and begin with myself. I am the good of God in expression and I promote Divine trust, ideas and justice. In gratitude and unity with Divine Spirit, Amen.
