“Launch Yourself on Every Wave:” We are told to Release Yesterday and live today in this instant. Today usually needs our full attention–we have more power and concentration ability when we focus on living in the awareness of today. This day is new. We don’t want to miss out on it by dwelling in yesterday or the ‘what about’ tomorrow thoughts.

It is sheer freedom to bless the happenings and experiences of yesterday, no matter how challenging or great. We give thanks for the anticipation of tomorrow and all it will bring. Still, it is how I fill today which matters the most and brings a beautiful tomorrow. 

Pondering too much on the future and going over many happenings of yesterday can be draining and a robber of today’s experiences and highlights.

Affirmative Statement–I feel alive in the now. My attention is happily in the present where things are real and energy is high. There is something restful about standing in the moment, being aware of the in breath and out breath.
