I let go of seriousness, griping, and tightness,

loosening up on life, myself, my neighbors and people everywhere.

We as individuals are doing our best at this moment.

I see with eyes of the Holy Spirit within;

and call on a Universal and mighty power innate and in the air I breathe.

I am stirred from inside by a grace and pure knowledge,

Letting love-kindness energize and lift this body and everything I see,

reaching out to all the community in vibrations of transcendent light,

and goodness wrapping around and embracing every person,

animal and thing with a sacred aliveness of gleaming love.

With confirmation ‘I know that I know’ in the silence–

I am changed in an instant and every second becomes holy

as I give over to a deeper power and Omnipresence in the stillness of prayer…

I awake into a new daylight of joy and peace,

taking with me throughout the hours

the reminders of the spiritual strength about and indwelling

that transforms and blesses. For enlightened truth I remain grateful, Amen
