Teach me more deeply, let me experience more surely Oneness with the Divine Spirit of love within.

I am surrendering to a deeper Oneness unfolding within myself and all. My heart opens to being taught by holy love, a unifying Christ love within this prayer and within my intentions. The Christ charismatic love inside me wakes me inside out. My eyes open widely to see unity between things, life, and common purposes and projects with one another and in groups. My intuition is keen and revealing the ways and acts of expanded oneness known and experienced with neighbors, the nearby community, and the far away person or nation.

I attune my senses and whole nature to God’s love inherent and so near–I am inseparable and indivisible from Divine love. In meditation now I soak in the Spirit and wholeness of the essence of love.

I am in the heart of love………………

My heart beat harmonizes with Universal love, personalizing Divine love within me.

I am restoring and growing in illumined love…………

In the silence I let go of the outer and am one with the inner Source of love and bliss

I continue to expand in an enlightened love of God within me and expressing through all I am and do.

With a grateful heart I thank my body temple, giving thanks for the things I take for granted, for all that supports me, and for the people I know and do not know that make my life more pleasant and possible. I give thanks for the unthankable–understanding that there is a blessing in everything and within everyone. I look with a spiritual love and I see with new vibrancy and Oneness of heart.

I allow the body to stretch, the breath to enliven, and God’s spirit of love to fill me to overflowing. In deep gratitude, Amen
