In openness with child-like ease, I steady my faculties on things divine. My focus is on emptiness, setting aside needs, questions, impatience, and mental outlining. I become like a baby bird eagerly willing to received divine nourishment.

If writing on a piece of paper any needs, problem areas, or concerns help my mind relax from outer condition, I write to release and free.

In meditation I can sense the light of God; I still quieting in the wisdom of receptivity…………….

In the noiselessness of trust, I receive straight from the heart of divinity. If there is a secret in living a spiritual life, it is to listen in innocence, allowing for the divine experience to enrich and enliven. In complete gratitude, Amen
