“Peace is Catching”
When I think of peace, thoughts of God come to mind, images of the master teacher and way-shower Jesus Christ flash across my mental screen. When I experience peace, I am also reminded of some yoga masters I’ve been in the company of.
What’s more, the blessings of peace are numerous. With our focus on the outer forms, news, commotions and appearances, peace goes under cover. As we lift our thoughts, feel our divinity and breathe deeply, the light of peace shines out from inside us.
Peace is a prosperous divine idea and expression, ushering in wholeness and health, harmony and liberation, plus intuition and optimism. As we encourage peace and nurture serenity in our quiet times, meditation, prayer, still moments and present moment awareness, peace takes center stage in our hearts and lives.
Strive for peaceful moments; talk softly to others, extending your soothing voice to others. Peace is catching and rapidly spreads from person to person, lifting the tone, shifting hearts, causing creativity to be born and beneficial ideas to surface.
Now, drink deeply of this peaceful phrase for a few moments in the experience of stillness: I am in the presence of God and peace is known in my heart and life.
