Peace Meditation
I recall these truths–the greatest blessings and the greatest power come from and are found in the spiritual silence. In addition, the greatest work of individual consciousness is done in knowing, speaking (silently or audibly), and living by Truth and Truth principles. A small sampling of Truth and Truth fundamentals: ‘As I forgive, I am forgiven;’ ‘as I give it is given;’ ‘do unto others as I would have them do unto me;’ God is love—we are love in manifestation; God and I are one; “Let peace begin with me.”
For certain, what we hold in mind, matters—as within so without. Our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs contain creative power to form. Hence, we have Divine Power. Knowing this we choose to think, emote, speak, and hold the best we know in mind.
Naturally, to attain peace, I let go of any need to change the outer. In this moment I accept everything the way it is…I let go concern over world conditions, of anything. I move into the center of divine light of my being and begin to feel and know all is well. I am one with true being-ness, spiritual light and sheer wisdom–free and immersed in the pure essence of divinity within.
I rest in the stillness and let the inner silence of meditation saturate my heart, soul and body temple……
In the stillness……
Assurance rises from inside me and I am consciously aware that all is well.
In the silence a sacred word can be whispered to anchor and steady my entire self….in the spiritual silence now…….
In the stillness……
In meditation I touch and realize the peace that surpasses human understanding. It is a heavenly peace, a divine quality yet attainable in each one of us in this lifetime. Where do we attain such peace—in the quiet of prayer’s transcendence.
I am holy, holy made and designed for peace, nurturing peace. In the silence now I quiet and become open to the treasure of the stillness. I am restored in the quietude of prayer……
In the stillness……
Peace cannot be bought or fought for. A Peace-filled meditation is turning everything over to the Divine Spirit within and resting from every thought, need, and effort…Peace rises from within.
Peace is a healing energy permeating anything and everyone. I bring my entire self into peace. I am free. I feel peace in the moments of stillness, silence, hushed pauses, restfulness, thoughtfulness, wakefulness, and activity. I let peace be in me and come forth through my consciousness.
I encourage peace in mind and heart and mobility. I live in peace through my words, motives, work, play, conversations, and written words. In the interactions with people, I declare peace as the center point within every encounter, and every word thought of and said. I let peace begin within me. In Truth peace is who I am and manifests wherever I am. God is the power of peacefulness expressing in and through human nature and all of life.
Resting in the pleasantness of peace…I am quiet and calm, so still in the moment where God is……
In the stillness……
I gently return from prayer and meditation.
Seeking to live in peace, I remember what jewels of truth have risen from prayer and the silence: I promote peace within my consciousness and within the happenings of life. I encourage peace inside and out. I practice living a life that contributes to the highest and best within myself, others, and the world.
Undaunted by outer appearances, I am free to be peaceful and give from the serenity within my divine center of being. I am guided to replenish peace in the heart, soul and corporal structure. I live a spiritual-hearted life that enhances equanimity within and in my actions and creations.
Thank you beloved God. In the divine I live, move, and have my being. I salute the holiness within every person, every life form, and everything on earth, Amen.
Affirmation–I behold the peaceful nature in myself, everyone and all creations of this world and beyond.
