I relax and feel an increase of peacefulness as I breath in and breath out from a rhythm of wholeness inside.

I am in the presence of loving life—a regeneration that heals and a stream of light made of upliftment and wisdom. I allow these deeper qualities of life, renewal and the deepest knowing to minister to me and provide what I need as I live from a giving and restorative level of active and inactive aware moments.

I am in the center of God’s flow and  know life is about expanding our capacity to love and find love in our hearts when we can’t locate it, Amen.  —revfrieda
