I have one purpose in prayer, to realize my un-separateness from God.

God and I are One. I return to the stillness and open to know God’s presence

within and everywhere present.

I sit, stand, go into a yoga pose or take a brief walk for the sole purpose of knowing God more dearly…………………………….

As I am ‘still and know’ the Divine life and love indwell me,

I move into greater peace and comfort.

I relax and remember–God and I are inseparable.

The presence of holiness is inherent and my true nature,

the reality of my being-ness now.  I center in the silence of pray………………………………

God is ever with me. And I promote a clear recognition

with moments entertaining the spiritual,

with truth ideas, healing messages from the masters

and times of choosing to recognize the spirit, the glowing Divine light

within every thing, every person and present here in me.

I pause once more knowing God and I are unified.
