From Time to Timelessness; Realized Peace

If we are receiving messages of too much stress in our body, mind, and feeling nature it is time to respond. Even before stress builds, we can harmonize and balance our inner and outer being.
Furthermore, there is a spiritual musical going on all the time within us. If we let go of doing, thinking, and moving fast and still to the hum and the music of the Divine, we calm. The harmonious vibration waltzing within us heals and relieves stress, strain, and any frustration. It relieves tension.
Our bodies love to relax. When we follow the intuitive guidance and focus on the inner realm of the riches of Spirit, tranquility is experienced through us.
Let’s plop ourselves in a comfortable place and do nothing. Realizing the movement of the breath reminds us of a natural rhythm of our soul, body, and spirit in perfect harmony.
Gently know within yourself–in Meditative Prayer
Letting any noise lead me within even more. I relax my face, my fingers, my jaw, and I breathe some deep breaths and unwind. From time to timelessness–I allow Spirit to bring relaxation throughout my body, mind, and feelings.
I listen lowly to the heart’s harmony sensing the spiritual essence pulsating rhythmically within. I feel surrounded by peace while I sit and move into contemplation about realized peace.
“Peace be still and know that I am God”
Nothing to think about as I focus on peace moving through the breath in a steady circulation of serenity.
I sense the harmony of my true essence and life flow. I begin to stretch from within feeling one with the Spirit of peace. I vow to stay tuned to the wholesome harmony of the soothing hum of the being of light that I Am. In gratitude for the healing sound of stillness within, Amen.
