Relaxation

Relaxation, the art of—Ernest Holmes might seem blunt and over-simplified, however his statement broadcasts a message, putting truth into practical expression and giving of the inner light received by sharing and teaching. An illustration of this would be to love in the purest way without expectations, conditions, or demands.

Proven relaxation exercises and practices renew, restore, and rejuvenate our senses and experience of well-being, lowering our blood pressure, raising our energy, sharpening our minds, and providing us balance between the brain, mind, feeling nature, and heart, bringing peace, heightened intelligence, and optimal life.

In the state of relaxation we are open to receive realizations; and, we are receptive to the higher aspects and states of being. Nonetheless, we can receive extra power and stored potential in occasions of emergency, with heightened compassion, in normal moments of everyday living, and out of necessity to preserve life.

Some Relaxation Ideas and Practices—

Make your own additions to the list of relaxation practices. Mind Control spiritual practice—lie on the floor, walk or sit with ease and closed eyes if possible—not while driving. Begin counting from 10 to 1 or 5 to 1 and say ‘I relax more deeply as I count. Additionally, when reach number one remind self of being one with the inner God/Divine nature and likeness.

Of course, while driving we can use our breathing and uplifting affirmations to remain alert, peaceful, and in a healthy state.

Relaxation is a precursor to prayer, contemplation, reflection, and to remain spiritually attuned and connected to the higher presence and power within and everywhere throughout the day and night.

Breathing is a cue to the body, mind, and awareness to reunite with our blessedness, grace, and wholeness of being.

Three deep and conscious breaths relax, add oxygen to the body, and serve as a shift gear to more positive and uplifting states of being and thoughts and or feelings.

A similar exercise can be done while reclining or lying on the floor to de-stress—Breath ten deeper, slower breaths, releasing tension and letting go of pushing, striving, upset and the like.
