I set aside and shed any tension and thoughts of a moment ago. Calming and coming into the freeing now experience. I release agendas and human doing, relaxing in the love and self-acceptance of Divine Spirit……

I imagine white light shaded with golden hues forming a canopy above me. I am encouraged and fill with peace. The light feels sacred as it unifies with my body and opens the way for spirituality to flow and be understood more clearly than before.

I take in the light-golden rays widening my vision and expanding receptivity, letting Spirit increase in and through all of my being.  I sit and let this be so in a silent interlude………………

Silence is agreeable with me. I increase in spiritual realization now harmonious with the light of divinity……………

I remain in the sweetness of meditation as if I were in the center of an image of beauty. For I am.

I linger in the complete restfulness attuned within.

Gently and slowly when I am ready, I become aware of the sensations of the body,

By the flow of peace of mind and the depth of my breathing, I am in unity with the heart of spirit indwelling; and I rejoice and indelibly know God’s Spirit of love, wisdom, insight and power are alive in me and expressive as me. Thank you magnificent Spirit, and so it is, Amen
