I go apart seeking stillness within. I sit or choose a walking meditation with my attention on the spiritual heart within. I ask to know the undiluted and untainted Divine love—God love, coming from Spirit within. I open wider my pours and my heart to merge with the all-loving Divine Presence. I quiet so as to hear and feel the subtlest of love’s power.

I wait as an expectant mother or father for the birth of new wisdom of spiritual love at its purest. I imagine being in the midst of a light beam, feeling the intensity, changing me forever with its vibrancy and Divine origin. I emerge touched with a deep unconditional love like an angel having poured out to me streams of love from the Source. I feel so thankful. I have been indelibly blessed,  Amen
