I give thanks for the vibrancy of life

and let every thought contrary to health and wholeness–go

I let go and enjoy the electricity of sunlight filtering through the windows,

streaming into me as I turn and greet the sun,

allowing it to drench me with its nutrition and penetrating warmth…

I pause in the outdoor sun and let it touch the core of my being

in the realization of the brilliant light inherent to my being…

I walk mindfully, I breathe with awareness, I see life abundant

omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent.

In the stillness filled with streaming light

I rest aware of the oneness and goodness God is

and I Am………………………………

Thank you divine Infinite Spirit for the glory and

elation of robust life, I am truly grateful to be fully conscious
